You want answers that relate to you.
Not every problem can be solved with a Google search. Online information can help you learn about an injury, but it cannot examine how you move, understand your full history or identify what is holding you back. At Progress Physiotherapy, an individualized assessment is the starting point for individualized care.
You want us to understand the person, not simply the diagnosis.
The same injury can affect two people very differently. We ask what matters to you: a comfortable workday, getting back to sport, keeping up with family or feeling steadier on your feet. Your symptoms, daily demands and recovery goals shape your plan.
You value experience and evidence-informed treatment.
You want a physiotherapist who listens, explains their findings and helps you make informed decisions. Our experienced clinicians combine clinical judgement with current research and your preferences to choose treatment with a clear purpose.
You want access to innovative options when they fit your needs.
Our West Kingston clinic offers focused shockwave, radial shockwave and high-power Class IV laser. Your assessment guides whether these technologies belong in your rehabilitation plan. We combine appropriate evidence-informed technology with exercise, hands-on care and practical guidance to support your recovery.
Shockwave and laser are included in your physiotherapy fee, with no additional charge. You do not need to choose a machine or treatment before booking.
You want to begin making progress at your first visit.
Your first visit includes a comprehensive physical assessment and treatment appropriate to your findings. We explain the next steps and what you can do between appointments, so you leave with direction.
You want a plan, rather than endless appointments.
We agree on meaningful goals, review your response and adjust your care as you progress. The aim is to build your capacity and confidence, with a clear purpose for follow-up visits and guidance for managing independently.
You want to be part of the decisions.
Questions are welcome. Tell us what has helped, what has not and what feels realistic in your daily life. We will work with you to make rehabilitation manageable and relevant to the activities you want to return to.
