Care begins with understanding.
At Progress Physiotherapy, we want to understand what recovery means to you. It might be returning to sport, staying active with family, moving through a workday or feeling more confident with everyday tasks.
Innovative Care, Faster Results.
We take a proactive approach to rehabilitation. Our goal is to support your recovery, restore your capacity for activity and help you return to what matters as efficiently as possible. Your plan combines clinical assessment, individualized exercise and appropriate treatment options, informed by research, your preferences and your response to care.
Evidence-informed treatment, built around you
Progress Physiotherapy combines current research, clinical experience and your assessment findings to guide care. We explain the purpose of each treatment and work with you to choose a plan that fits your recovery goals, preferences and daily life.
How we put your plan into action
- Understand your starting point. Your comprehensive physical assessment includes a discussion of your concerns, relevant physical tests and treatment at the same visit.
- Choose meaningful goals. We identify the activities you want to improve, from comfortable walking to work, recreation and sport.
- Combine treatment and active rehabilitation. Your plan can include exercise, hands-on care and technologies such as Class IV laser or radial and focus shockwave, selected for a clinical purpose.
- Measure progress and adapt. We review symptoms, movement and the tasks that matter to you, then adjust treatment and your home program.

Supporting recovery and rebuilding capacity
Persistent pain and movement issues can make everyday activity difficult. We assess the specific concern and build a plan that may include progressive exercise, activity guidance, hands-on care and appropriate evidence informed technology. The aim is to help you move forward with a clear plan and track meaningful changes in function.
