Physiotherapy fees

Your initial assessment includes treatment on the same day. Class IV laser, radial shockwave and focus shockwave are included in the physiotherapy fee, with no additional charge. Please ask reception about other appointment types. Massage therapy fees are available from reception.
Private health insurance and direct billing
We offer direct billing to participating insurers where the plan permits it. Eligibility, reimbursement amounts and any remaining balance depend on your individual plan.
Bring your insurance details. Your insurer can confirm annual limits, any referral requirements and whether your plan allows direct billing.
Veterans and motor vehicle accident care
We provide care for retired military patients through applicable Veterans Affairs Programs. We also provide care for Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) patients. Please contact reception before booking to discuss the information and authorizations required for your care.
OHIP funding
Progress Physiotherapy is not an OHIP-funded physiotherapy facility. Physiotherapy services at our clinic are paid privately or through applicable extended health insurance benefits.
Booking and payment
You can book through Cliniko or by calling reception. Cliniko currently requires full payment to secure appointments booked online. Its current cancellation policy is displayed on the booking page: at least 24 hours’ notice is required, with Monday appointment changes requested during business hours on the preceding Friday. The listed late-cancellation fee is $25, and a missed appointment without notice is charged at the full appointment cost. Review the policy in Cliniko before booking, or call reception with payment or insurance questions.
Do you accept WSIB patients?
Yes. Please contact reception before booking to discuss your claim and confirm the appropriate appointment arrangements.
Can I attend without private insurance?
Yes. You can pay privately for your care. The physiotherapy fees are listed above.
Do I need a referral?
You can book a physiotherapy assessment without a physician’s referral. Some insurance plans require a referral for reimbursement, so check your plan.
Do you provide OHIP-funded physiotherapy?
