Book a physiotherapy assessment through Cliniko or call reception. If you need vestibular care, neurological rehabilitation, or help with a DVA, MVA or WSIB arrangement, please call so we can guide you to an appropriate appointment.
2. Bring the useful details
- Your insurance information if you plan to use benefits.
- A list of medications and relevant medical history.
- Any relevant referrals, reports or postoperative instructions.
- Comfortable clothing that allows movement and access to the area being assessed.
3. Find us on the second floor
We are at 2437 Princess Street, Suite 202, Kingston, on the second floor of the Shoppers Drug Mart building. Free parking is available. Contact us ahead of your visit if you need assistance accessing the clinic.
4. Tell us what you want to get back to
Your visit includes a comprehensive physical assessment. We discuss your history and goals, complete relevant tests, and begin treatment at the same visit. Your physiotherapist explains the findings and next steps with you.
After your assessment
Your physiotherapist will discuss an appropriate plan, which may include exercises, treatment and follow-up visits. Follow-up physiotherapy appointments are 30 minutes. View fees and insurance information.
